Mental toughness helps in sports and athletes. It helps the player to play effectively and efficiently under pressure. It makee people calm and how to not do a mistake in the playground. It also helps in repetitively practice for better performance. It teaches how to handle tought situations.

This process is almost same for male and female athletes. But the male mental toughness is more than women mental toughness. It is natural that women are more emotional than men.
