Make a list of our lifespan, for EVERY decade, like this:

Next to each decade, write out 3-4 words or terms that come to mind when you think of individuals in each age group.
Write an Analysis: look for patterns in your own list.Is aging positive, or negative? What are your attitudes about aging? Is it reflected in this list? If you have a positive or negative outlook, can you imagine this outlook having an effect on how you choose to live your life NOW? Did you have any 'real' people in mind when making this list? Are they the role models you have about what getting older will be like? Explain these topics, and add more if you like.

In my opinion, growing is always a positive consequences, as there are sundry things that humans beings learn from the proceeds, not only from their own experiences but also from the experiences of their comrades.
I did have a real person in mind which was my grandfather, I without thought, followed his pattern of proceeding into life.
I will definitely try to change certain aspects from the list with respective to my life.
