1.Change initiatoves are the initiatives implemented by the management which brings lots of positiviyies to the organization.Change is inevitable.The management always want to implement change because they firmly believe that change in question will bring significant impact to the organization.The main objective of bringinng change is that to improve and maintain the overall organizational environment on day to day basis whether it is in production environment or in human resource environment or external environment.

2.Despite mant positive aspects are there in organizational change,top management always face resistance from its employees ehile bringing change into the organization.The management may face stiff opposition from its staff as far as change is concerned.Some important barriers to change are-

A.Lack of employee involvement

B.Lack of effective comunication between top management and employees

C.Change is difficult for organization that lack the idea of their current state

D.Organizational complexity

E.Resistance to change

3.Barriers to change can be overcome by following measures-

A. Communicating the change initiates among employees and discussing with them about probable risks and benefits that may occur after introduction of the change

B.Resolving the conflicts between management and staff

D.Providing appropriate training to staff about the new change that are being planned for implementation

E.Winning the trust and confidence of organizational staff and telling them that the desired change will not affect them

4.Leaders who can affectively introduce change within organization after getting consesus of the employees and effectively resolving the conflicts effectively there in and who can overcome the resistance to change successfully,those leaders are called true leaders or HEROs
