Answer

A sum of two elements are required for the consent defense: the respondent must provide his/her consent purposely (can't be excessively youthful, intellectually bumbling, or inebriated) and deliberately (can't be constrained, undermined, or deceived). The defense of Consent is most usually utilized as resistance to sex wrongdoings, for example, in crimes such as assaults, conjugal rapes. Essentially in the Crimes including Force, Fear, and Physical Restraint.
