Some of the obstacles to rehabilitation include lack of funds, that account for almost 35.2%, followed by lack of infrastructure, poor administration or breakdown of equipment.
Though, in 85,5% of the cases, it has been seen that the responses from the offenders has been positive, along with 85.5% agreeing that rehabilitation has had a positive impact on them, whereas, only 13.8 % agree that rehabilitation has had no effect on them. Yes, the society has been experiencing widespread success in criminal rehabilitation.
