Answer #1

Despite the normal anatomical methods of studying the neural brain functiin it is vital to also comprehend it through behavioral/cognitive methods in order to understand the neural functioning.

This can be done by various methods that track the overt behavior pattern and hence aim to understand the cognitive functioning of the person.

Subjective tests can be used such as an IQ test or certain experimental situations can help gauge behavior as well.

These methods listed above help corroborate the evidence already gathered. It helps in the assimilation and congruency determination, which further gives the accuracy.

Limitations of experiments can be plenty, a predominant one being that all factors cannot be controlled and hence the overt behavior can be affected by numerous other causes unknown to investigator which can cause discrepancy.
