What can you do to minimize your exposure to these viruses

Virus is a microorganism which can cause infectious diseases such as HIV causes AIDS ,rhinovirus causes common cold ,H1N1,Ebola,Nipha etc but at present the virus that shook the world and still has a hold on the human life is the novel corona virus.

TheNovel corona virus was once a small little virus that used to cause common cold but now its become a deadly disease causing pneumonia and multiple organ dysfunction.

Since the beginning of the year 2020 it kept affecting the humanbeings goin in for lockdowns increased deaths economic crusis all across the world.the main reason being ,there is no medicine found till now to cure or prevent it .

With the present situation only thing that can be done to reduce the exposure is to maintain social distancing,wear mask at all times and especially in public places and sanitisation of hands regularly

Social distancing of minimum 1meter to be maintained avoiding public gatherings ,functions

.mask atleast surgical masks to be used.If they are using cloth masks it has to be washed immediately after use,

Hand sanitation should be done using soap and water .In the situation where water and soap is not available hand sanitiser to be used.Handwashing should be done using all steps of handwashing as per WHO

Apart from this we have to make sure we have good immunity by including vitamin rich diet or multivitamin tablets, avoiding cold drinks and foods.

Another main part that individuals have to take intiative is to immediately inform the health team if any sypmtoms appear rather than self treatment and becoming a threat to others by becoming a carrier of the infectious disease
