a. Affectual action - This is because an individual feels an emotional urge to act in a certainw ay. This happens because of emotional needs. As the mask rule states that everyone should be wearing a mask to protect themselves from the COVID -19 virus, it affected people emotionally as many people are losing their lives. These deaths make people think emtionally so this is known as affectual action.

b. Traditional action - This is because it has been done already in the past. In this situation, masks have proven to be a safeguard for contracting various types of flus, therefore if we take traditional action, it means we are we are taking traditional action.
