A fuel containing methane (CH4), ethane (C2H6) and propane (C3H8) is burned in a 25, 30 and 45% molar composition respectively. 50% excess air is used. The reactions have a different degree of conversion, of 95, 96 and 98% respectively for each gas.
Calculate:
a) The cost of all the currents when 200 Kg / h of the fuel mixture are fed and b) The molar composition of the combustion gases
Thank you!
Assumption: There is no side reaction ( no formation of CO)
