In past time, facilities for the only industrial segment where unionization was not effective at a large scale. At current scale us Healthcare Industries have the biggest available fundings, many of the unions are focusing on creating efforts to target the healthcare organisations.

Healthcare workers are also looking unions as an increasingly attractive opportunity. This type of approach also helps them to reduce the overall cost and to effectively provide their voice to the management. It also increases the overall job security which is essential for any worker to work in any organisation.

Unionization in Healthcare providers is readily increasing as it provides better structure,which support other support systems ,beneficial for the employees and empower their overall availability in the organisation.

Unfair labour practice can be defined as implementation of poor guidelines and strategies by the employer which violates the basic human rights and employee rights of an employee working inside our place.

Nike is one of the finest examples of poor practices involving unfair labour practice.

Nike is accused for using child workers for manufacturing their shoes in there over Seas subsidiaries.

Another example is WalMart which is responsible for paying less pay to their workers and for reduction of quality of the workplace environment for their employees.

Foxconn is also responsible for creating who are working conditions for their worker by increasing the overall work time for their workers.
