Multitasking meant to be process or talent of an individual that can handle more than one task at a time, when person can handle more than one process on a computer simultaneously it is called multitasking.

• Multitask is the ability that have many benefits from people perspective, a person can handle many task and at same time work in excel and word to save time and complete given job in less time. It help in using time in well manner that increase productivity. Person can finish task more quickly and complete more task in office hours.
• The main problem with multitasking is that it create poor work standards as processing both task at same time give less concentration to both task. It also sign of less focus on particular task given to person. This will be not helpful in task which require intense focus on particular task.
