Have you or someone you know worked somewhere where the work culture was strong ? What was your reaction to that strong culture? Did you like that environment, or would you prefer to work where there is a weaker culture? Why?

I worked with in an audit organization which follows a strict work culture and stringent rules to be followed. These rules were in regards to greating the seniors, dress code, client interaction protocols, long hierarchy to be followed to have a conversation with the partners to share your concern, many grapevine conversation etc.

Initially it was very difficult to adjust but with time I realized my part and responsibilities and acted accordingly. It took time to coop up but then I could ans became a part of the system.

I began to like the environment however I felt few changes to be made in the form of dress code, huge hierarchy, no new innovation etc. I feel they should be more open to innovative and smart way of working along side maintaining there culture.
