When you are answering this question, think about where you have worked in the past, and how the IT department worked. Even if you do not have onsite IT, there was likely some sort of support somewhere (even if it was on the phone). If you can, bring examples of that IT experience into the discussion.
I remember working as a database manager. My job was to manage database during those weeks I got so much IT experience I learned so much about database management and learned so much about databases its type and also learned the advantages of cloud storage the main purpose of this example is that when you're working in an IT department you not only learn about the specific section but other than that you get so much experience about other fields, working for a database company I learned so much about cloud storage and networking other than I learned about the importance of backups etc.
