LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE THEORY-This hypothesis centers around the relationship created among supervisors and their subordinates. This relationship experiences 3 phases:

1) ROLE TAKING - During this stage, the colleague joins the gathering and starts working while the administrator utilizes this chance to survey the colleague's aptitudes and capacities which makes a specific picture of each colleague in chief's psyche.

2) ROLE MAKING-New colleagues start to take a shot at activities and chiefs expect hard work, steadfastness, and reliability from them. During this stage administrators subliminally separates the colleagues in two gatherings:

A) IN GROUP-

Most preferred colleagues.
