Ethnocentrism is the ability of judging the culture of others on the basis of preconceptions that are found in value and standard of one's own culture. When a group judging another group culture on the basis of language , behavior , customs and religions. In organization is impacting much because of ethnocentrism creating a sense of unity and oneness. It increasing mutual cooperation , mutual support and help in others need. It is reducing the conflicts and empowering the team.
