Howard decided to wipe his hard drive clean after giving his two week notice, and install a virus that would result in complete destruction on the company's main frame. As you work down the hall from him, you know this was because he was afraid the acne drug he was working on had not been properly vetted for side effects and could cause harm. As an Internal consultant, how would you handle this situation? What ethical violation is taking place here?

Sadly, Stan Lee passed away this week. As a frame of reference, he was the world's most well known comic book writer (amongst other great accomplisments). Though he created numerous Marvel characters, they technically belonged to Marvel and he did not get the same amount of profits as the creators of Star Wars, Harry Potters, etc. As an External consultant, how would you handle this situation? What ethical violation is taking place here?
