Answer: The Company has a current strategy to target the customers through a psychological pricing approach in which it charges higher prices for its products as compared to the other ordinary products in order to highlight its high quality and organic and natural ingredients. The prices also convey the quality. Therefore for the first time users it should continue with this strategy only as it will attract the new users by sending an image of superior and organic products that are better as compared to others. But for the repeat users the company can offer loyalty discounts so that they can continue using the products of the company. This will promote repeated purchase of the products by making them more affordable for the customers and will help the company to generate revenues through larger volumes.
