Co-creating values are something which mutually benefited the customer and the brand. Companies come up with such plan in order to improve on their services.

A service quality in a cafe can be improved by a lot by taking direct feedback from the customer. On the basis of given input from the customers for servicescape, quality of air inside the cafe, furniture, music of the cafe, quality of the drinks, crowd, the rate of the drinks etc. Everything can be taken into consideration and services can be further improved.

Another example is for the tuition centers for competitive examination where feedback from the student regarding a teacher, study material and other things can be noted and improved
