Answer #1

Answer: I have worked with a supermarket chain as a part time employee. I will like to introduce the social media platform like face book to the organization. I will do this by creating a face book page for the employees. My objective behind this move is to allow networking between the employees and encourage information exchange. This will help the employees to form a network where they can share their experiences, feedback and knowledge with others. This page will help in making the working inside the organization better as the people will benefit from the experience and knowledge of the others.   The major barrier which many come while introducing this tool is that some of the employees might not be proficient in using web 2.0 technologies like social media. For taking care of this issue, I will provide training to the employees in handling such applications.
