1) I work at company called Phycolinc environmental solutions private limited. The company provides solutions for treating the industrial waste water with algae. The technology is new and making it successful is a big task but the company is running very successfully. All the credit goes to the manager of our company. From the very first day he targeted the companies having the high cost for treating the waste water. He also created a team having the best people to achieve the target. He never pressurizes the team to achieve to create the friendly environment so that team can achieve targets. He also helps the team if they have any issue with the problem.
