JIT or Just In Time manufacturing is a process that actually focus on repeating the processes adopted over and over again to ensure that the overall clarity is achieved. The concept of continuous improvement is promoted and developed through total Quality management which makes the overall process better and improved and also the aspects of production effective and efficient as well. JIT makes it better as it is based on the concept of production only after the order has been received and finalized.
