Homework Answers

Answer #1

Job enrichment/job redesign involves changing the design of the work to make it more attractive and challenging for the employee to motivate them whereas modified work schedules involve changing the time frame and slots of their work . While both the approaches have the same aim of motivating the employees and making them put in their best efforts, one concentrates on the work while the other on the time of doing the work . Both helps the employees do the work as they want but concentrates on two different factors.
