Home inspections: In this case, the Supreme Court gives
inspections so as to determine the safety of the occupants as in
the case of Frank v. Maryland, 359 U.S. 360 (1959).
Business inspections : For business inspections, the court
created what is called the "closely regulated business exception to
warrants." This means that some businesses shall be inspected
without warrants Clonnade Catering Corp. v. United States, 397
U.S. 72 (1970), .
Fire inspections: The court allows warrantless inspection of a
burned house after the fire has been put out.
