This helps improve communication, allow managers to determine wetwhet their efforts are meeting annual goals and prevent fruads and errors. a business must send a consistent message about product and service. Organisational control requires all decision regarding price, promotions, distribution to go to marketing department first for approval. One of the aim of organisational control is help the department work better together by instituting specific communication procedures, weekly interdepartmental meetings and regular management memos.
