a). Different activites like playing a game in which sharing of resources is required. In these kind of games, psychology of person would come out. Whether the person can have holistic approcah or selfish.

b). By participating in a debate activity, it could be found whether the person is introvert or extrovert.

c). By conducting a meeting and getting everyone's views, it can be found about a person's perception on a matter.
