What is wrong with some many people's idea of doing international business, what issues this presents, and why companies hesitate to move into the global market? In 600 words or more

The main issues for companies to do international business are -

1> When any company wants to move into another country then that company has to be aware of that country lawes. The company has to face different legal issues. They have to pay additional taxes.

2> Language problem is also the main barrier to explore the business into the international market. The company has to learn other languages to talk and deal with other countries customers.

3> There are different cultures in different countries. Many countries don't accept female employees. Many political issues also are there.

4> The main problem is to find a right place for your office headquarters in the proper place. Every company has to find the right place to grab market areas. But that isn't easy.

5> If the market area is too far from office then you can't supervise your employee's work in the market.

6> There are different currency rates in different countries. So the company has to price set as per different country currencies. This is a big problem.

7> the climate will change different Country zone wise. So you have to sell the products as per perfect climate. The environmental issue effect on product marketing also.

8> Every company must have to take permission from political parties to do marketing in their idea. They have to pay that parties also for that.

9> It is a very much time taking process to get a place in a different market. If anyone has no patience then he/she fails to set up his/her business in global market.

10> You have to choose a right instructor to do business in the different market. If you do not get right instruction then you can not get success. As you are completely unknown about the market.

These are the main reasons for many companies hesitation to move into the global market.
