I would send a police team to that place immediately to arrest the four males and resolve the issue. Since two of the males have been involved in robbery and all four males have assaulted the driver over fare payment, hence both assault charges as well as robbery charges will be pressed against them and they must be arrested an punished immediately. Hence I would coordinate with the nearby police van available in that area and ask the officers to proceed with the arrest of four males and resolve the issue.
