2. Focus on after-sales services: For implementing this change, she is focusing on post-sales services of the company that can satisfy the customers and makes them buy again for the company. For this, she included many services like fixing problems by technicians by visiting their homes and free installation services as well. This will help in increasing the number of current customers, thus increase sales.

3. Non-monetary incentives: For implementing this change, she is focusing on arranging reward shows for appreciating employees' contributions to the company's success. Other forms of non-monetary incentives include praise, recognition, and empowerment that certainly will help the employees. Motivated employees will be more productive and helpful for the company.
