For this, she included many services like fixing problems by technicians by visiting their homes and free installation services as well. This will help in increasing the number of current customers, thus increase sales.

3. Non-monetary incentives: For implementing this change, she is focusing on arranging reward shows for appreciating employees' contributions to the company's success. Other forms of non-monetary incentives include praise, recognition, and empowerment that certainly will help the employees. Motivated employees will be more productive and helpful for the company.

4. Change in the company's structure: For implementing this change, she is going to integrate employees' vales and culture in the company's culture and structure.
