The case:
The daughter of the firm’s CEO is scheduled to participate in a job interview for an entry level position in the IT organization next week. You are a second-year employee in your firm’s IT organization who will participate in the interview process. You will be one of three people who will interview her to form an assessment and make a group decision about whether or not she will be offered the position. How do you handle this situation?

To handle this situation I will treat all candidates the same way. Also as it a IT company I will ask her questions related to computer science field and on that basis will judge accordingly is she the best fit for the role being offered or not.

If she lacks skills and knowledge for the role being offered to her I will give my input in panel to not consider her and consider someone who really deserve the position.

Whatever might be the situation I will always think for betterment of the firm .
