three people who will interview her to form an assessment and make
a group decision about whether or not she will be offered the

Notes:
The five-step is :
( Problem definition -Identify alternative -Choose
alternative-Develop implementation-Evaluate the result)
answer by using your own words please ..
the name of course is "Professional Computing Issues"
To handle this situation I will treat all candidates the same way. Also as it a IT company I will ask her questions related to computer science field and on that basis will judge accordingly is she the best fit for the role being offered or not.
If she lacks skills and knowledge for the role being offered to her I will give my input in panel to not consider her and consider someone who really deserve the position.
Whatever might be the situation I will always think for betterment of the firm .
