1. Informational
2. Personal
3. Management
4. Consequence
5. Collaboration
6. Refocusing

Personal concerns or self concerns.are usually related to ego oriented questions or uncertainities. People with personal concerns are usually concerned about status and rewards. They are also concerned about the effects that an innovation might have on them and its consequences for them. Though high personal concerns indicate uneasiness, they do not necessarily mean resistance.
