They know, based on the results of a market survey that skilled candidates are available in their surrounding community, but they have not done a good job of recruiting in the past. 2.hire candidates as per need both full time and part time. Hire part time candidates if need is temporary or for particular time period or project

4.hire passive or positive attitude candidate and cover such point in job where candidates can get demotivated to join

5.understand benefits and cost of recruitment process and most of the time retaintion of old or alumni employees or referral recruitment will provide best service

About recruitment from an applicant perspective so as to improve recruitment process

1.create structure interview process and and train the trainer who will be taking interview

2.job description and specification should be clearly defined

3.job simulation should be there while recruitment process is going on so as to see how person or candidate perform particular task

4.feedback should be given to applicants whether positive or negative

5.fareness should be there in recruitment process
