"Remedies". You return from work one day to discover that the utility company has removed a large portion of a special shrub in your front yard to access it's equipment. Consider the remedies of damaged and injunctions and plan a strategy that might result in a remedy satisfactory to both parties.

Remedies of damaged would be identifying areas which is free from other major activities which is involving in utilities. In addition a seperate enclosure can be gicen to those shrub areas which will not impact any work on the utility areas. The people who involved in utility can also given proper instructions before the work getting started and the workers can prepare a a plan and submit to the houseowners about how they going to approach towards the work. This will have both parties better idea about what going to happen from the workfront.
