In order to be entitled to a Commission, the Property sellers may prepare a Broker’s listing agreement and the same needs to be adhered by the Broker. Subsequently, when the Broker finds a seller or helps the Property seller producing a sale, such a Broker is entitled to a commission. It is basically essential for the sale to be negotiated with the involvement of the Broker in the process so as to entitle the Broker to a commission as well.
