Answer #1

Six Sigma DMAIC approach helps the company improve its business workings and try to achieve its organizational objectives effectively and efficiently, which will help the company to the competitive advantage of its competitors in the marketplace. Effective use of this approach will help the airline company provide satisfaction or comfort to customers who travel every day in their flights. The customers pay a high amount of traveling, and they expect to get an excellent service in return, which most of the airline companies fail to give. It will inevitably disappoint customers' expectations, and next time onwards, they will prefer to shift to your competitor's company. So, this approach will guide the company to improve in those places where they are lacking and try to fulfill the customer's satisfaction which there services and hospitality. It will leave an excellent image of the company in the customer's mind, and they will become your loyal customers.
