Answer #1

One of the major problem that I have observed while working with the housekeeping department at my hospital is RIGHT PERSON IS NOT DEPLOYED AT THE RIGHT JOB.
Although a lot of efficient working force is there but the management and deployment of people at the right place is something that is lacking and is a major problem because of which overall productivity decreases and hence there is a dire need for simulation to solve this issue and increase the productivity by working with the existing workforce. Another key factor because of which simulation can be utilised to solve this issue is that some amount of learning is required to be transferred among managers who manage workforce so that such mismanagement is avoided. Instructional simulations can also play a major role as real world environment is actually replicated and deployment of people is some right. The simulation is also required as it will help in helping patients get a clean environment which will in some way or the other reduce the number of diseases.
