The reason to recruit a competent workforce is that the workforce can do their job efficiently and be able to fulfil the responsibilities given to them, whereas, the reason to recruit a diverse workforce is to get different views and ideas which can help the team and eventually the organization to grow. To achieve it without sacrificing the merit system, it is important to do proper scrutiny to all the applicants and move ahead with the ones who fulfil the parameters set for the hiring.
