Response to population changes. As life expectancy increases, and the burden of chronic, non-communicable diseases rises globally, there is a twofold challenge for policy and action. How best to promote wellbeing and healthy living/aging, and to combat commercial forces driving unhealthy behavior (particularly tobacco, diet, physical inactivity, obesity, alcohol misuse, and gambling).
