Answer #1

Five forces that dominos should use while developing its strategies are:-

1) Increase in Competitors: The dominos should adapt itself to new changes and check the competitors' policies and strive to provide better services than their competitors.

2) A large number of suppliers:- The role of the supplier plays an essential role in the growth of a company. In the food sector, the company obtains its raw materials from various suppliers, and it has important role in the cost of production. The company should see to it that it has a large number of suppliers so that there is no monopoly by a single supplier as that can affect the company's price strategy.

3) Substitution:- The company should ensure that there is no substitution for the product that they sell or deals in. The dominos should attend to the demands of the Customers and should provide them with the best services.

4) Increasing Buyer base:- The Dominos company should focus on increasing its customer base. It can be done for providing them with various discounts and offers to not bargain about prices and avail of the services. In this way, the dominos can increase its customer base and provide excellent services like free home delivery services.

5) Existing Competitors:- The dominos company is in a market where there are vast numbers of competition, and the company needs to strive to stay ahead in the competition. Sometimes the company has to face a loss in order to stay ahead.

Security Threats that should be kept in mind while developing a pulse system are:-

1) The Dominos should develop its website in a way so that no hacker can steal the data of any customer.

2) The online payment interface should be made more secure so that no personal information regarding the card number or anything gets leaked.

3) The company should keep on updating its Anti-Virus so that no virus can attack the system database.
