It is totally unethical for any company to provide low wages to their employees in any circumstances. As a full time employee each and every employee inside the organisation should be treated the same and Jeevan full wage payment.
This type of wage system is unethical as it is working against the government and creating a condition in which government is bearing the cost of which is that should be provided to an employee inside an organisation. This type of approach is creating burden on taxpayers and using their money to provide enough public support to the Employees. This town is directly beneficial to the bigger employers as it is increasing their overall profits and reducing the expenses on its employees by providing public support system. It puts the workers in to worst situation in which they are heavily underpaid. They must be specific standard for all the businesses to provide the lowest weight according to the generated prophets. Walmart Is one of the finest examples of such situation where the profit margin for the company is very high but the employees are underpaid at most of the movements. This type of approach has reduced quality of the employees in the bigger market segments.
