If a male manager changes his behavior to incorporate elements of interactive leadership more common to female managers, can he still be an authentic leader? Discuss.

Actually it depends but I think if a male manager changes his behaviour to incorporate elements of interactive leadership more common to a female managers, he can still be an authentic leader. Interactive leadership is a type of leadership to manage the people to make them work in an effiecient way. It is the style of pursuading, communicating, decision taking, openness that matter a lot and makes a leader authentic.

So even if a leader incorporate some of the behaviour that of female manager, he will be an authentic leader untill he is fair everyone and as long as he stays bipartisan.(involving two parties efficiently that oppose each other).
