A shift from the traditional values in the workplace has been witnessed from the past few decades. Each new generation is the majority of the workforce replacing the previous generations. Technical innovation and technical knowledge are the prime reasons behind the change or moving away in traditional values. The millennial influence has become string these days, ensuring productivity in the workplace in jeopardy.

Non-traditional values have entirely replaced the traditional values in the workplace. All the business studies have recently outlined that the non-traditional values in the workplace are more productive than the traditional values, such as employers-benefit, work-life balance, paid family leaves, theft protections, and various unconventional benefits. Thus, it must be considered as a benefit.

Reasons for considering it as benefits are as follows:

• It assures the work-life balance for both the employers and employees

• It establishes the organization's ethical gesture by providing workplace benefits and family benefits to employees to enhance their motivation level

• Benefits like work from home has increased engagement of distant employees more with the organization by allowing them to work from their home

• The non-traditional values like additional paid week-offs or month-offs refresh employees’ mind to work with more zeal
