Answer #1

Customers for dry cleaning center's are basically the end customers and they can be put under a cluster based on the areas. ( Like society ,apartments etc) . Distribution channels has to be optimised based on the last mile location. In any business like dry cleaning service level is quiet impoetant as the service providers need to stick on to the delivery contracts and timeline. The timing of delivery is also important for this business. This logistics providers should be trustworthy and they should have enough capability in terms of availability of trucks or vehicles for the last mile delivery. Channels can be in the form of pickup and drop, direct collection from center's, providing collection center's nearby customer location ( customer hub) so that customers can come and collect or deposit their laundry.
