Answer #1

Change has become an integral part of an organization and because of that the employees need to be quite flexible and acceptable in their approach because organizations today re looking for such individuals as employees. Employees working in the same role and with the same client and same project generally develops a zone of comfort which is very much natural because if we are doing the same thing with the same individuals we generally tend to enjoy such a privilege and therefore there should be certain enforcers in an organization that will conduct review and ensure that the employees are still enable or not and will they be able to perform in a different setup altogether because that is important from the organization's perspective. I believe that this make the employees prepared and able to take such assessment techniques as well.
