Explain the difference between Trade Secret, Patent, and Copyright as they relate to intellectual property. Include the duration of each.

1. Data-intensity application is built from standard blocks that necessarily need functionality. They need databases, caches, search indexes, stream processing, batch processing. The main issue that encounters are-

a) Reliability, sometimes, due to software or internet issues the correct function at the desired level of performance is being affected.

b) Data traffic and complexity may affect scalability.

c) Marinating the whole data is a heavy process and there is a change of collapse.

2. Trade secrets are IP rights regarding confidential information that can be sold or licensed. This information must be commercially valuable and limited to a certain number of persons. It is not limited to any time period, as long as the trade secret remains secret, it will last.

Whereas a Patent under IP is the right for a technical invention, it allows the restricting of others to use the invention and can transfer it for 20 years, and to continue the patent right has to be reversed.

Therein about Copyright under IP protects the owner of the materials to remains as the owner even after the death until 70 years (after death). In short, all along with his lives and 70 more years after his death. It is the the legal right of the owner.
