Entertainment companies are victims in many ways such as their content it is copied by people and distributed freely through internet and other media storage devices such as CD, DVD, hard disk etc. By distributing the entertainment content the companies suffer huge losses because their hard work in terms of making the content is wasted if people watch the same content for free.
Entertainment companies are villain in a way that they promote which are not suitable for the audience. There are types of content which include criminal activities, cheating etc. This type of content is not suitable for the audience and has an adverse effect on the society.
Software should be copyright able because there is no doubt that a company which make a software invests huge amount of money in it. It takes a lot of time and effort to make a software which a company makes for selling but there are people who make illegal copies of the software and distribute it at a very low cost in the market. Buy this activity the company which makes the software suffers huge amount of loss. This type of activity is totally illegal and unethical from the point of view of software developer
