Explain the layers of managers, and provide a clear relation between the layers and the cultures, and write what you can do with it.
The layers of manager in any organization are lower level manager, middle level manager and upper level manager. The relation between them are lower level Management is concerned with the implementation of plans and includes assistant manager, foremen, shift manager. They are responsible for these group of people and they lead them.The middle level Management is concerned with the interpretation of the plans and set action plan which is made by the top level management and it contains jobs like regional and plant manager. They are responsible for running of large department within the organization and their job is to put the standard operating procedure and class in action in order to achieve the goals set out by the top level. It also has the responsibility of implementing the organization culture and forming the organization culture so that the commands let down by the top level management can be practiced in the organization. The upper level Management is concerned with the long-term goals and organizing the business of the company.It consists of jobs like chief executive officer,chief technical officer and Vice President marketing. This top level of the organization has the responsibility of seeing the organization and achieving the objective. The organization culture is always made by the top level management and it has the responsibility of making the values and behavior which are supposed to be followed by the middle level and lower level management.
