Answer #1

Procedure that would be followed to make sure the strategy review, control and evaluation would be done effectively as per the school premises would be based on the management and planning practices of the school. For example, if there's a school having a brand name in the city and also charging higher fees than other school but providing the best infrastructural designs, learning, skills and growth to the students, the school is following a differential strategy in the market.

The same differential strategy would then be reviewed on the basis of what extra and different traits and quality factors is being provided by the school which is better than all the other schools in the city and also is seen as value preposition for the fees that the school is taking. All the essential services like the skills, the computer knowledge, the physical activities, the best electronic way of learning, modern teaching, better and safe infrastructure, better food and mess facilities and others services make the school stand out from the crowd making it different and unique.

Because of thsi differen factor of strategy, the fees of the same school is evaluated as per the services being provided to make sure if the differential strategy of qualitative services is working as pee the standards set for the school or not.

The same schools's services and the fees are then evaluated and customer's or students' parents' reviews are collected and asked about how the same school services are working or could be made better or not. Then the same analysis is work as per the set objectives to check whether the differential strategy introduced is working as good as the school wishes it to achieve. This is known as controlling aspect of the strategy.

Thus, by having the review, evaluation and control of the strategy, any organisation or school or company could effectively check how well it is performing using the same strategy for growth and sustainability.
