Hygiene and motivation both go hand in hand. Proper management of hygiene factors can be helpful in the prevention of employee dissatisfaction.

Accountant: He must be provided with good working conditions, good infrastructure with all the necessary equipment to do his work like computer, printer, registers whatever required. If the accountant is lady special care must be taken. A clean environment with a separate washroom, refreshment ect must be made available. This all facility make the employee feel as east at the workplace which has a direct impact on their performance also. Suppose the accountant is not getting a clean environment to work he will always feel irritated and think of switching the job.No matter how much is the pay if basic amenities are missing those will push the employee towards dissatisfaction. The work environment must be well organized so that one feels like coming to the office and think twice before quitting.

University student following BUSI 1110:

The course BUSI 1110 is related to the various managerial course, hence students must be satisfied with external as well as internal factors to feel to come to the class. The administration should be cooperative taking care of every need of the students right from scholars to the basic necessities like water , sanitation ect. The environment must be well-coordinated and it must be easy for students to reach the administration if any problem persists. Everything right from there learning, placement, fooding, lodging, transportation, are being taken care of they will spread a good message across their circle which will motivate others to come to this university.

The cashier at a supermarket:

Being a cashier is a risky job hence he or she must be provided with all the security first. Second, no one must be allowed to disturb them while doing there work as it requires the presence of mind all the time. All essential equipment to do the work must be made available and that too in good condition. The job of the cashier is repetitive and require a lot of focus hence he must be provided with a comfortable sitting area so that his or health is not being affected, a cashier works directly with public hence the basic hygenic factor-like sanitation and all should be there so that he could protect himself from flu since the cashier is generally the first point of contact so his safety must be kept in mind and all protection criteria should be met. When we take care of the cashier physically and mentally and make him feel at peace he will automatically feel ownership of his job and will be more proactive. When employees feel his needs are being taken care of,they also take care of the need of the organization.
