Answer #1

Since Web 2.0 technology is dynamic, has user-generated content, and uses the social media, as an administrative the training required is anything that is related to technology transfer. Knowledge and skill transfer is very important since Web 2.0 is highly technical in terms of the different applications that needs to be used. The company should provide a regular training on Web 2.0 vis-a-vis the set expectations in terms of use of communication technologies. This means that the trainings that will be provided in terms of technology transfer (both knowledge and skills) should emanate from what is being expected of me as administrative assistance hence meeting both the requirement of Web 2.0 and company's expectations.
