Quality Management is a process of continuous improvement to identify and fix defects in the process and products to ensure customer satisfaction. From an improvements perspective, the processes need to be continuously analyzed from a qualitative standpoint against specific objectives and quantitiatve standpoint against specific metrics.
Apart from the product and process improvements, it is critical to ensure continuous documentation of the processes, any changes to keep up to date and refer back when required; Documentation also helps the firm for audit and compliance purposes.
